Kendall V. Eoute
A South Carolina native, Kendall Eoute attended Wofford College where she graduated cum laude with a degree in Art History. During her time at Wofford, Kendall interned for the
Spartanburg County Public Defender’s Office and at The Cate Law Firm.
After earning her undergraduate degree, she attended the University of South Carolina
School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Kendall served as a member of the South Carolina Law Review and was one of a small number of students to receive the Children’s Law Concentration. In 2019, Kendall was the recipient of the I.M. Goldberg South Carolina Bar Foundation Award and the John O. MacDougall Family Law Award. Over her second and third years of law school, Kendall worked with a small group of other law students and professors devoted to drafting the Family Law and Domestic Violence Codes for the Catawba Nation. In 2020, Kendall received the Pro Bono Outstanding Service Award and was inducted into the Order of the Coif for graduating in the top 10% of her law school class. Kendall spent her summers during law school clerking at The Cate Law Firm and briefly for a small firm in Greer, South Carolina.
In her free time, Kendall enjoys taking her dog, Amos, on hikes and adventures all over the Upstate of South Carolina.
