The firm is a general practice emphasizing Family Law including divorce, alimony, child support and custody matters.
The office is staffed by two attorneys, Ruth L. Cate and Joanne Hughes Burkett with 5 paralegals and 2 support staff. Emphasis is placed on personal service that is efficient and effective. Each staff member has significant experience with Family Court as well as a broad range of personal life experiences.
The practice covers the following counties: Spartanburg, Cherokee, and Union.
